The client
Quipex is a cloud-based platform that guarantees real-time, transparent, and easily accessible data spanning the entire building lifecycle. Designed for insurers, building owners, and emergency services, Quipex delivers instant access to real-time data and compliance ratings, empowering users to make informed risk and value assessments.
The challenge
Quipex initially approached us with a critical challenge - as a new startup, they faced the hurdle of establishing a web presence, which was essential for attracting talent and engaging with potential partners, investors, and clients. Without this digital footprint, communicating the value of their platform proved difficult.
As our relationship with Quipex developed, we were asked for support with an additional challenge - while Quipex had developed an impressive product from a backend perspective, the user interface required enhancements to be more intuitive and reflective of their brand identity. Our task was to transform this robust backend into a fully integrated, market-ready solution that effectively communicated Quipex’s potential.
What we did
To help Quipex with their first challenge, we created a professional and credible online presence. We designed and developed a website that effectively showcased the benefits of the Quipex platform. Choosing Webflow as our development tool allowed us to deliver a sleek, visually appealing site quickly and efficiently. By collaborating closely with Quipex, we tailored the content to resonate with their target audience, ensuring the site effectively communicated their platform’s value.
After the website launch, we joined forces with Quipex as their UX and UI partner, aiming to enhance the platform's user experience and interface design. Our team at Kodaa continues to work hand-in-hand with Quipex’s Product Owner to ideate and design new features and functionality. This collaborative approach allows the in-house development team at Quipex to implement these enhancements efficiently. Together, we have crafted a flexible platform that caters to the needs of diverse users, enabling them to manage building portfolios, upload essential documents, create maintenance schedules, and monitor building performance and compliance seamlessly.
